Formation of personal and professional skills of unversity studens

The relevance of project activities is determined by the social order of society for the training of specialists - future teachers who are ready to solve non-standard problems, which are reflected in a practice-oriented orientation. The purpose of this study is to theoretically substantiate project activities at a university for the development of personal and professional qualities of future teachers. The methodological basis of the study is the ideas of developmental education and the activity approach; general scientific methods of comparative analysis, synthesis and generalization. The theoretical significance of the article is as follows: the content of the concept of project activity in a university is revealed as a purposeful, organized in a certain way pedagogical process of creating a co-existential situation of interaction between subjects for creating a product whose quantity and quality corresponds to the set goal; forms of project activity and professional and personal qualities developed during their implementation are analyzed future teachers.
