At Namangan State University, the nationwide Navruz holiday was celebrated in a high-spirited and festive atmosphere.

On the occasion of the nationwide celebration of Navruz, a festive event titled “Navruz Sayli” was held at Namangan State University under the noble motto “Glorifying Navruz means glorifying humanity.”

As part of the celebration, large-scale exhibitions were organized, showcasing the national traditions, values, and customs of all regions of the country. The pavilions prepared by the faculties featured the rich cultural heritage of the people, samples of traditional craftsmanship, ancient customs, folk games, and national cuisine, leaving a strong impression on visitors.

In his address, the Rector of the university, Abdug‘affor Qirg‘izboyev, sincerely congratulated all participants on the occasion of Navruz and highlighted the meaningful content and high level of organization of the exhibitions presented by the faculties.

“Today, it feels as if every corner of our country has gathered within our university. Our national values and traditions are vividly reflected here. The yurts representing different regions, Registan-style squares, traditional crafts, folk games, and national dishes leave unforgettable impressions on all participants,” the Rector emphasized.

During the event, a group of professors, teachers, and staff members who have been actively contributing to the university’s activities were awarded certificates of appreciation and commemorative gifts.

The celebration continued with lively musical performances, songs, and stage productions. In particular, the performances by the teachers of the Department of Art Studies and talented students, featuring captivating melodies, created a festive spirit and further enhanced the celebratory atmosphere.
