The university stage of the “New Uzbekistan Students Olympiad” sports competitions in basketball (3x3) has been held among students of Namangan State University, with participation from various faculties.
A total of 20 teams, consisting of male and female students representing all faculties of the university, took part in the competition, engaging in intense and uncompromising matches for victory.
The final results of the competition are as follows:
Among male students:
1st place — Faculty of Arts and Sports;
2nd place — Faculty of Economics;
3rd place — Faculty of Natural Sciences.
Among female students:
1st place — Faculty of Arts and Sports;
2nd place — Faculty of Biotechnology;
3rd place — Faculty of Physics and Mathematics.
This sporting event serves to widely promote a healthy lifestyle among students, increase their physical activity, strengthen their interest in sports, and identify talented athletes.
