In efforts to combat crime among youth and prevent offenses, higher education institutions are assigned important responsibilities alongside law enforcement agencies.

To ensure the implementation of these tasks, a group of students, led by Senior Inspector of the Spiritual and Educational Affairs and Personnel Service of the Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs Khusanxoja Fattohkhonov, university prevention inspector Lola Nizamova, and tutor of the Faculty of Law Nozimjon Tursunov, visited Pre-Trial Detention Center No. 6 of the 2nd Regional Unit of the Department for Execution of Sentences under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the students closely ознакомились with the conditions created in the facility, as well as the living conditions and daily life of the detainees.

Additionally, the students were provided with detailed information about the activities of the correctional institution, its internal regulations, the process of serving sentences, the management system, and the ongoing efforts to ensure the implementation of legislation.
