Minister Visits Namangan State University

Today, the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kongratbay Sharipov, paid a visit to Namangan Region and familiarized himself with the activities of the modern campus of Namangan State University, located in the Yuksalish residential area of Davlatabad District.

During the visit, the Rector of Namangan State University, Abdug'affor Qirg'izboyev, provided detailed information on the construction works carried out within the new campus, the development of modern infrastructure, the conditions created for the effective organization of the educational process, the facilities provided for students and academic staff, as well as the university’s future development plans.

The Minister also inspected the student dormitory currently under construction on the campus premises. He reviewed the project's capacity and the ongoing efforts aimed at providing students with modern and comfortable living conditions.

During the visit, the participants exchanged views on the opportunities being created for the advancement of education and research, the improvement of campus facilities, and further landscaping and development of the campus area. The Minister provided relevant recommendations and instructions regarding the strengthening of the university’s material and technical base, the expansion of opportunities available to students, and the further enhancement of campus infrastructure.
