Open Dialogue with Young People Held in Yangiqo‘rg‘on District as Part of the "Travel to Chust and Yangiqo‘rg‘on!" Student and Youth Festival

An open dialogue with young people was held in Yangiqo‘rg‘on District as part of the "Travel to Chust and Yangiqo‘rg‘on!" Student and Youth Festival in order to implement the tasks outlined in the Roadmap approved by Resolution No. PQ-220 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 11, 2026, as well as the instructions set forth in Letter No. 05/15-2238 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated June 24, 2026.

The event brought together representatives of Namangan State University, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, the Yangiqo‘rg‘on District Hokimiyat, faculty members, active young people, and university students. During the meeting, participants discussed the implementation of the state youth policy, opportunities being created for young people, ongoing reforms in higher education, employment promotion, entrepreneurship development, support for youth initiatives, and effective ways of organizing meaningful leisure activities for students and young people.

The participants also exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between higher education institutions and the local community, enhancing the social engagement of young people, and expanding their participation in science, innovation, sports, and cultural and educational activities.

At the conclusion of the open dialogue, the proposals and initiatives put forward by students and young participants were carefully considered. Responsible officials provided detailed responses to the issues raised, and practical measures for implementing the most promising proposals were identified.
