Media Content Produced to Promote the Tourism Potential of Yangiqo‘rg‘on District

To ensure the implementation of the tasks outlined in the Roadmap approved by Resolution No. PQ-220 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 11, 2026, as well as the instructions contained in Letter No. 05/15-2238 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated June 24, 2026, scientific and digital tourism media content showcasing the historical and cultural heritage, unique natural landscapes, ethnographic features, and tourism potential of Yangiqo‘rg‘on District was produced.

The filming process was jointly organized by Namangan State University, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, and the Hokimiyat of Yangiqo‘rg‘on District at the Ko‘k Saroy tourist destination located in the Nanay Tourism Village. During the filming, photographs and video materials highlighting the district's picturesque landscapes, historical and cultural heritage, national traditions and customs, local lifestyle, and modern tourism infrastructure were produced.

The completed media content is being prepared in Uzbek, Russian, English, and other foreign languages. It is intended to promote the tourism potential of Yangiqo‘rg‘on District internationally, popularize its historical and cultural heritage, contribute to the development of domestic and inbound tourism, and enhance young people's awareness and interest in tourism.

Faculty members, students, and industry specialists actively participated in the production process. Particular attention was given to presenting the district's tourism potential to a wide audience through the effective use of modern information and communication technologies.
