In our country, internal affairs bodies pay special attention to strengthening legislation and law and order in higher education institutions, and forming a healthy lifestyle. But despite the preventive measures being taken in this regard, the increasing number of crimes committed by students worries everyone. This, in turn, requires further strengthening of spiritual-educational and educational activities among students.

In this regard, early prevention of crimes and offenses among students, identification of students who are prone to committing crimes, constant study of the free time and living conditions of students living in student dormitories and rented accommodation, responsible persons in this regard, in particular, in order to carry out harmonious cooperation with tutors, a discussion meeting was organized at Namangan State University with the participation of tutors working in higher education institutions in the region, vice-rectors, deputies for working with young people, and prevention inspectors working in higher education institutions.

During the meeting, the crimes and offenses committed by the students during the past period were critically discussed, and in the future, it was decided to raise the spiritual and educational level of the students, to create all the opportunities for them to get modern education, to educate them in the spirit of patriotism and love for the Motherland, to spend their free time in a meaningful way. preventive measures that should be carried out in cooperation in matters of organization were determined.
