Research work was carried out by professors and teachers of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Namangan State University

Providing practical-methodical support for professional development of pedagogic staff of 53-DIUM located in Chortoq District by professors and teachers of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Namangan State University, establishing cooperation between the university and the school, future work studies were carried out for the purpose of coordination.

Recommendations were given on monitoring the effectiveness of the professional skills of teaching staff, popularizing advanced work practices, and supporting the activities of teaching staff and students who are making progress in the educational process.

Such cooperation between higher education institutions and schools will undoubtedly bear fruit in the near future.
