Collaboration Established Between Universities

As part of the president's official visit to Malaysia, the delegation of Namangan State University, along with leading higher education institutions in our country, is participating in the First Uzbekistan-Malaysia Education Forum in the state of Perak on the topic “Opportunities and Initiatives in the Field of Higher Education in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals.”

The rector of the university, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Sobitkhon Turgunov visited several universities in Malaysia. In particular, representatives of the delegation got acquainted with the activities of the University of Malaya, which is considered a prestigious educational institution in East Asia. During the visit, the teaching of natural sciences at the university, in particular the activities of the botanical garden and centers, were examined. Special attention was paid to modern approaches in the faculties. As a practical result of the business trip, an agreement was signed between the two universities.

According to it, the exchange of professors, teachers and students will be established between the Faculty of Science of the University of Malaya and the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Namangan State University, and joint laboratories in the field of natural sciences will be established. The signing of targeted cooperation agreements between the prestigious universities of both countries will further expand the activities of Namangan State University in the international arena.
