An International Scientific Conference Was Held at Namangan State University

An international scientific conference titled “Psychological Mechanisms of Guiding Youth Toward Modern Professions Based on Science and Innovation” was held at Namangan State University.

The main strategic objective of the conference is to analyze the research activities carried out in the field of psychology in the Republic, to study the psychological characteristics of guiding young people toward modern professions based on science and innovation, as well as to identify problems arising in this process and determine ways to solve them.

Within the framework of the conference, participants also extensively discussed innovations in the system of training highly qualified personnel, the influence of various social factors on the effectiveness of youth career guidance, and ongoing research in this area.

The conference was attended by guests from Osh State Pedagogical University of the Kyrgyz Republic, and an exchange of experience took place.
