Namangan State University Delegation Pays Tribute to Heydar Aliyev in Baku

The delegation of Namangan State University, led by Rector Abdug‘affor Qirg‘izboyev, as part of its official visit to the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the city of Baku, together with rectors of several higher education institutions, visited the grave of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, located at the Fəxri Xiyaban in Baku, and paid tribute to his memory with respect.

Heydar Aliyev was the third President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and was awarded the titles of “Great Leader” and “National Leader of the Azerbaijani people.” He is regarded as a prominent statesman and political figure who made a significant contribution to strengthening the country’s independence, forming the system of public administration, and ensuring socio-political stability.
