Dadakhanov Musokhan Khoshimkhonovich

The department was opened in 1972 on the initiative of Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan V.G. Kabulov. The department conducted classes in mathematics, mathematics and computer science.

On March 15, 1992, the Namangan State Pedagogical Institute was transformed into the Namangan State University. On September 1, 1993, by order of the rector of the university Abdulla Azamovich Azamov, the department of applied mathematics and information technology was created on the basis of the department of algebra, computer science and computer technology. This department has opened a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Over the past period, the department was headed by the following professors:
