Head of the department of Educational Management

According to the decision No. 4 of the University Council of the Department of Educational Management dated  on January 12, 2021 and the order of the rector of the university, 2021 

It began to operate on February 1. 

Currently, the department has 9 main staff, 4 professors on the basis of internal appointment, 3 professor teachers on the basis of external appointment. 

Employees of the main staff: head of the department Shodmanov Kadirjon – candidate of pedagogic sciences, associate professor, assistant rector for scientific affairs Akmalova Dildora – doctor of philosophy (PhD) in pedagogic sciences, senior teachers – Khusanov Azamjon, Khusaynov Mukhamadkhoja, Karabayev Jamshid, teacher – Mukhtarova Dilfuza, trainee teachers – Nizamova Muyassar, Khasanova Mashkhura, Abdulhamidova Gulnoza.

On the basis of internal representation, NamSU Rector Sobitkhan Turgunov – doctor of pedagogy, professor, senior teachers – Soliyeva Gulzoda, Mirzatova Gulshoda, intern-teacher – Ahmadjanova Feruzakhon, and on the basis of external representation, Namangan region trained pedagogues on new methods Ilhomjon Rahimov, director of the national training center – candidate of pedagogic sciences, associate professor and trainee teachers – Tolanboyev Jasurbek, Abdusalomova Maftuna are conducting their work activities. 

Currently, the scientific potential of the department is 25%. 

In order to increase the scientific potential, the department organized a doctoral course on 13.00.07 - Management in education, in which 15 basic doctor students and 1 independent researcher continue their research work.
