World languages
Although the Faculty of World Languages was established in 2020, foreign language specialists have been trained at the university since 1966 within the faculties of English Philology, Philology, and Foreign Philology.
The faculty was headed by associate professor S.Jamolov, associate professor D.Eshondadayev, associate professor T.Goziboyev, associate professor Kh.Sharipov, associate professor R.Mukhammadjonova, associate professor A.Soy, associate professor P.M.Bronshteyn, associate professor Q.Nosirov, associate professor M.Yusupov, professor O.Nosirov, professor N.Otajonov, Professor S.Saydaliyev, associate professor A.Abdullajanov, Associate Professor F. Gabdulkhakov, associate professor O.Golubsov, associate professor H.Usmonova, Associate Professor Sh. Abdurakhmonov, associate professor N.Ulukov, associate professor R.Karimov, associate professor S. Misirov. Today, the faculty is headed by professor Q.Sidiqov.
The faculty mainly trains bachelors and masters in English and German. It provides educational institutions of the Namangan region with foreign language specialists. In addition, graduates of the faculty are also engaged in the activities of translators-referents and guide-translators in Uzbekistan and foreign countries.
Faculty professors and graduates conduct scientific research in the fields of foreign language teaching methodology, comparative literature, comparative linguistics and translation studies.
36 of faculty professors have completed internships and advanced training courses in developed foreign countries.
The faculty has 2 doctors of science, 2 candidates of science, 5 doctors of philosophy, associate professors.
All professors have C1 certificates in foreign languages.
A volunteer English language specialist from the United States teaches students at the faculty.

Literary Studies (English Literature) Master's Degree is one of the most important areas in the study of the development and history of world literature, stages of development. Work in the field of literary studies (English literature) master's degree is aimed at studying the history of English literature from the Middle Ages to the present day, getting acquainted with important periods, writers and works, getting acquainted with various theories of analyzing literary works, and studying in depth the novel, poetry, drama, essay and other literary genres. Specialists in this area have the ability to gain in-depth knowledge of English literature and subsequently apply this knowledge in teaching, research, writing and other fields, conduct their own research projects in the field of English literature, develop critical thinking, analysis and writing skills.
The faculty offers a TESOL course for obtaining an international certificate in English and the “Translation and Editing Service” center.
